What is the Definition of Ergonomics?
Ergonomics comes from two Greek words: ergon, meaning [[#|[[#|work]]]], and nomi, meaning natural laws, to create a word that means the science of work and a person’s relationship to that work. In a simpler explanation, ergonomics means the science of work.
At its simplest definition Ergonomics basically means the science of work and how to make it more efficient. So ergonomist are looking for ways to make things better in our daily life, for example chairs or office things like scissors and keyboards. Ergonomics are defined how things work and how to make them more efficient and less stressing to work with. Also ergonomics have human factors in them well they work on them and they change a lot in humans and the way they use objects.
