The word ergonomics is usually described today as designing new structures that make people more comfortable in there workplace. This makes it easier to feel comfortable in your job and takes out some stress that the job environment already gives you. Ergonomics is used to relieve stress from places in the body such as joints, muscles, nerves, and bones taking pressure off and increasing the comfort level.
