First off, what is ergonomics? Ergonomics is the science of understanding the interactions between humans and objects as well as how to fix discomfort with machines, furniture, electronics and other everyday life equipment. In other words, it is concerned with designing or improving equipment or devices to be more comfortable for their user. It strives to make equipment and workplaces fit the body needs of their user and prevent the user to feel pain from improper body posture.

Who are ergonomists? Ergonomists are people who are trained to work in the fields of ergonomics and are concerned with the health and safety of people with using objects. They look for ways in reducing stress and strain caused by equipment that require the user to put in too much strength and feel uncomfortable. Ergonomists see what they can change in equipment/machine design to become more "user friendly".
