The Inclined Plane is also one of "The Parents" of all the machines in the world. It is also part of the six simple machines. An Inclined Plane is basically a sloping ramp angling upwards which heavy loads can be pulled up by ropes or chains. They can also be pushed up by you. There are no classes in The Inclined Plane like The Lever. It is only one but you ca adjust the distance of the ramp and the hight it will be in the end. The Inclined Plane will be more efficient if the ramp is in a greater distance. This is because the greater the distance, the less force needed, the shorter the distance, the more for needed. Examples of The Inclined plane: -Stairs: Imagine climbing a fireman pole up to your class or jumping high enough to get to your class. Now that is very hard. Stairs is an inclined plane since there is a slope going in an upward angle.
