Industrial revolution

The Industrial revolution began in the 1760's and continues today. The industrial revolution was a real game changer in North America. It signalled a new way of work for factories, and it meant that you could mass produce products at a cheap price. In 1908, moving assembly were created, that made it so that products could be massed produced.

This was, and still is, all thanks to technology, because without it, there would be no Industrial revolution. It is still going on today, with break- throughs in technology, with talking robots that can respond to questions, and robots that can do a task perfectly after just being shown how to do it once. You might be thinking, " What does this have to do with automation and productivity?". Because of these new break-throughs, large companies do not have to hire as many people because one machine is more efficient than 20 people.
