Ergonomics is used to make peoples lives better using safety comfort and ease of use. Ergonomics can create a better living and reduce potential for accidents as well as producing better posture, and skeletal or muscle problems. Ergonomics helps more with long term stress and strain. For example if you have stress in your back from sitting in a chair for one hour, this will not affect you permanently, but if you are sitting in that chair every day for many years, you will have a permanent problem. this is where ergonomics can help. It can can prevent all of the following long term problems.

-back problems
