levers will always be easier than ramps. thats because there will always be friction working against you with a ramp, rather then a lever it just works against the force of gravity and only a little friction.
example pulling a box up a ramp has a lot more friction then a teeter-totter when there is only friction in the middle of the board were you move up and down.
